Door

Scripture Passage: Revelation 3:20

The door that Jesus stands and knocks at is the door of our heart. If we do not accept Him as Saviour, we are keeping the door shut to Him. He does not force the door open. He lets us choose. If we open our heart's door to Him, we are born again into God's family. Anyone, who has not accepted Him as Saviour, is still in the darkness and cannot see Jesus who is the Light of the World. 

Questions:
1. What is the door that Jesus knocks at?
The door of our heart.
2. What is it like in our hearts before Jesus comes in?
Dark, because of our sin.
3. How may we become children of God?
By believing in Jesus and asking Jesus to come into our heart and forgive our sin.
