Farmer
Scripture Passage: Galatians
6:7-10
If a farmer plants yams, he can expect to dig up yams
at harvest time. If he plants groundnuts, he gets more
groundnuts. If we plant evil deeds, we can expect to
get evil results. If we plant God's word in our children's
hearts, we can expect them to grow up in the knowledge of
God and of His ways. What kind of seeds are we planting in
our own lives and those of our children?
Questions:
1. What do we get if we plant corn in a field?
We expect to
reap corn.
2. What do we get if we do evil things?
We reap evil results.
3. What do we get if we plant God's word
in our hearts?
A greater knowledge of God and His ways.
Memory verse: Galatians
6:7
