Money

Scripture Passage: Matthew 6:19-21

In this scripture, Jesus is talking about the love of money.  Whatever it is that is important to us is our treasure. If getting money is the most important thing, then that is where our heart is. If we try to store up money and earthly things, then that will have priority in our lives. If we are Christians, then God and His work should be the first priority. We cannot love God and money and the things it can buy at the same time. Our life will be divided, not wholly given to God.

Jesus is the speaker.
2. What should have first priority in our lives?
God and His work should be first.
3. If we love money and the things it can buy, what happens to our life?
It is given to the world and not to God.
