Reaping
Scripture Passage: John
4:35-36
When we plant our farms, we have to wait a long time
for the harvest. If we plant God's word in our hearts,
the harvest we reap is eternal life. Sometimes when
we tell others the good news about Jesus, they do not seem
to receive what we say. We pray and hope they will
come to know Christ, but the seed we have planted does not
seem to be growing in them. Just as we need to be patient
and wait for the plants to ripen in our farm, so we need
to wait and pray, trusting God for the harvest.

God the Father, who sent

2. How much of God's will did Jesus want to do?
Jesus wanted
to finish what God wanted Him to do.
3. How can Christians be
involved in God's harvest?
By doing what God wants them to
and telling others how to have
eternal life through
Jesus.
Memory verse: Galatians
6:9
So don't get tired of doing what is good. Don't get discouraged and give up, for we will reap a harvest of blessing at the appropriate time. (NLT)
