Sacrifice
Scripture
Passage: Hebrews
9:13-14
Moses, the great Jewish leader, taught them to sacrifice
bulls, sheep and goats. The Jews would pour out the
blood as a libation to God. Then God would forgive
their sins. Jesus is our perfect sacrifice. His
blood was poured out on the cross for the forgiveness of
our sins. (John 19:34) When we accept His sacrifice
for us, we do not need to sacrifice animals anymore. God
forgives us because the blood of Jesus is sufficient.

They used bulls, sheep
and goats.

of Jesus?

Memory verse: 1
John 2:2
