Selling Snails

Scripture: Luke 17:26-30

Jesus is coming back to earth again. When He comes, He will take His followers to be with Him in Heaven. Then the anger of God will fall on all those who have not believed in Jesus. 2 Thessalonians 1:7-8 tells us that He will punish those who do not obey the gospel; they will be shut out from the presence of the Lord and will suffer everlasting regret. Jesus will come suddenly without warning. People will be buying and selling just as they were doing in Lot's day when God's judgement fell on the city of Sodom.

Questions:
1. What were people doing before God judged them by sending the flood?
Eating, drinking, marrying and giving in marriage.
2. How was it the same in Lot's day?
People were eating, drinking, buying and selling, planting and building, before God judged Sodom.
3. What will it be like when Jesus, the Son of Man, comes to judge the earth and it's people?
Just like it was in the days of Noah and Lot.
