Unhappy

Scripture Passage: Philippians 4:4-6

Bad things sometimes happen to us and make us unhappy. But even when our circumstances are difficult, we still know Jesus as our Saviour and we have a beautiful home waiting for us in Heaven. No matter what happens, we are free from the punishment for our sins. Although we may be sad because a loved one has died, we can still rejoice in our salvation, if we take our troubles to God in prayer. 

Questions:
1. What is it that makes us unhappy?
It is bad happenings or difficult circumstances.
2. What can make us happy?
Knowing our sins have been forgiven makes us rejoice.
3. Who will give us comfort?
God will comfort us if we turn to Him in prayer.
